Delight your guests with a DIY flower arranging station featuring a selection of different types of flowers, allowing guests to create their own beautiful arrangements.

What to Expect at the Bouquet Bar:

• All ready to arrange flowers that complement the theme of your party. Feel free to let us know if there are any specific colours or types you want to include!
• Scissors for easy cutting and arranging.
• Kraft tissue paper/ flower bag so each bouquet will be wrapped nicely for the guests to bring home.
• Ribbons for adding the perfect finishing touch.

Each guest will typically have enough flowers to create an 8–10 stem bouquet. All flowers come on a cart with a bucket for easy access and arranging, though the cart isn’t always necessary—flowers can also be arranged on a table if space is limited.

Please note: The more guests you have, the more cost-effective the bouquet bar can be. Because flowers are sold in wholesale bunches of 10, larger parties allow us to purchase in exact multiples of bunches, reducing waste and sometimes lowering the cost per bouquet. This means that for bigger events, the price per guest can actually be lower while still providing beautiful, full bouquets for everyone.

We will always handpick quality seasonal blooms for your event and are happy to accommodate any specific colours or types you'd like to include. However, certain flowers, for example hydrangeas or Calla lilies, may incur an additional cost due to their seasonal availability or special care requirements. We’ll always let you know and agree in our consultation so you can make an informed decision about your floral selections.
